Health Checkup of BSDU Employees- 10 April 2023 onwards

 Dear All,

As a welfare measure, we are all set to get BSDU employees' Health Checkup from EHCC Hospital, Near Airport Circle, Sanganer, Jaipur.  

Blood samples of the first batch of 60 people will be collected by the Team of EHCC hospital from our University campus on Monday, 10th April 2023 (List attached) at Room No 207 (Second floor), Polymechanic Block at 9:00 AM. The list of 2nd batch (remaining employees) will be circulated in due course. 

After the blood sample collection on 10th April, the 60 employees have to visit EHCC, Sanganer branch for other medical tests (List is attached) in groups of 12 for next five days from 11-15 April 2023. Details will be shared with you shortly.

The following instructions are to be followed by each employee detailed to give blood samples on 10th April 2023:-

* Do not eat or drink anything except water for a minimum of 10-12 hours prior to sample collection for Blood test i.e Tea/Coffee/Juice/Biscuits etc.

* Please do not consume your morning dose of tablets (if any) prior to sample collection.

* Please do not consume alcohol/nicotine 24 hours prior to sample collection. 

Note: Kindly come empty stomach on the day of Blood sample collection. You may bring your breakfast with you and have it after blood sample collection.  

You are also requested to bring your Aadhar card on the day of blood sample collection.

Incase, an employee detailed for blood sample collection on Monday, 10th April 2023 is absent /on leave due to any prior schedule, please let me know, so another person in his/her place can be detailed.
